Return & Refund Policy
At Urbansouq, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling are not eligible for return.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.
